The Porn Problem

It started with a Victoria Secret magazine.

Mix photoshop with God’s creative genius and you have locked in a teenage boy like white on rice. I was all over it.

It opened up my world like Pandora’s box to the world of sex. The rush of adolescent hormones coupled with what maybe Victoria should have kept secret flooded my body with a high, and the only drug I knew.

As with any drug you become desensitized needing more to reach the same high, and my addiction to pornography began.

The numbers and stats tied to pornography are stunning. Even the Huffington Post calls the stats “head spinning”. The fact remains, and the case continues to build, that America’s drug of choice (other than printing money) is sex.

At FOCUS on Friday I was able to step in and share about our website and how we aim to use it along with media and other social media to reach men in our generation. We also talked about the danger that is on the web, and what that means for us men and our families.

Are you addicted to porn? Do you have other sexual addictions?

Have you spoken with your children about their sexuality?

I encourage you to watch the video from Friday. Email us any feedback at info@mastersmen.com.
