Mission of MMI

The mission of Master’s Men India is to pray and lead men into relationship with Jesus Christ, encouraging them in their spiritual growth and equipping them to become fully devoted followers of Christ, so that they will impact their fellow men and community for Jesus.

Method of MMI

Master’s Men promotes a specific method …not a program! Our method is a lifestyle that was modeled by Jesus when He walked on this earth. The Man and His method changed the world!

The Progress and Impact

After beginning MMI in October 2013, Vinoth and the 4 men who were a part of his team, set a goal to establish 250 teams, and have 2500 men engaged by the end of 2018. By the end of 2014 there were 6 teams and MMI was on its way to accomplishing this goal. In 2015 Vinoth and his team planned a Master’s Men Leadership conference inviting more than 60 potential leaders. The training was held in March 2015 and led by Tim Chastain, Phil Blackstone and Vinoth Paul. By the end of 2015 there were 136 teams. From that time the ministry has continued to steadily grow each year under Vinoth’s leadership and skilled training. As of October 2020 there were 892 MMI teams with roughly 10,000 men engaged within 20 districts in the 6 states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha and Nagaland -each located in southern India. On average teams are comprised of 47% Christian men and 53% Hindu men. Participants include men from all different backgrounds and professions and there have been 700+ men who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior!

The 2020 Covid-19 impact led to the government of India locking down it’s citizens which deeply curtailed all business and most every area of life including putting a stop to teams meeting. However, these lockdowns let up somewhat in the Fall of 2020 which allowed many MMI teams to begin meeting again on a regular basis.
MMI’s goal by the end of 2023 is to engage 50,000 men! The overall Vision of MMI is to see a million men (in India) come to Christ.

Thank You

From all of us at Master’s Men India, we are grateful to all who help make this ministry to men possible. Especially our MM partners in the US who provide so much help to expand God’s Kingdom in India! To all the glory be to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords alone! “To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praised and honor and glory and power, forever and ever!” (Revelation 5:13b).

A Word About International Funding

The Master’s Men affiliate ministries in Africa and India are highly effective in expanding God’s kingdom where they have influence. It is our desire to help fund specific ministry expenses in Africa and India. It is no secret that the dollar (exchange rate) goes further in those countries than in our own. If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to the international ministry please click the menu tab and then “donate.” When the page opens click “choose a fund” this is where you will find MM International. Fill out the form, entering your payment method and you will be good to go! Greatly appreciate your investment in building noble men for God’s Kingdom!

Vinoth Paul

Vinoth Paul

Vinoth Paul K.A. is the Affiliate Director of MMI and is married to Pavithra. Vinoth says this of his wife – “she is primary source of encouragement as she inspires me to achieve great things for God.” Vinoth came to Christ in 2001. Vinoth’s father was a pastor and the primary influence in his life. The Lord led Vinoth to study theology. He has completed both his Bachelor of Theology -B.Th, and Masters of Theology – M.Th. and was ordained June 2010 as honorary bishop through Global Christian Church of India Synod. After communication with and direction from our MM staff Tim Chastain in August and September of 2013, Vinoth Paul launched the first MMI Team with 4 other men in October 2013. His passion to reach men for Christ can be summed up in this statement he made to Tim while speaking to him on the phone in September 2013: “I want to reach every man in India for Christ with or without your help.”
