Mission of MMI

The mission of Master’s Men India is to pray and lead men into relationship with Jesus Christ, encouraging them in their spiritual growth and equipping them to become fully devoted followers of Christ, so that they will impact their fellow men and community for Jesus.

Method of MMI

Master’s Men promotes a specific method …not a program! Our method is a lifestyle that was modeled by Jesus when He walked on this earth. The Man and His method changed the world!

The Progress and Impact

After beginning MMI in October 2013, Vinoth and the 4 men who were a part of his team, set a goal to establish 250 teams, and have 2500 men engaged by the end of 2018. By the end of 2014 there were 6 teams and MMI was on its way to accomplishing this goal. In 2015 Vinoth and his team planned a Master’s Men Leadership conference inviting 60 potential leaders. The training was held in March 2015 and led by Tim Chastain, Phil Blackstone and Vinoth Paul. By the end of 2015 there were 136 teams. Over the past 13 years, the ministry has experienced significant growth and consistency in discipling and equipping men through regular training sessions.

In February of 2025 Vinoth Paul unexpectedly passed away leaving the ministry in a state of transition. By mid-May the Lord called Vinoth’s brother-in-law, Praveen Samuel to take up the mantel of leadership of MM India. It appears that MMI remains in good hands as the ministry continues to grow. Despite the challenges MMI faces, including ministering in regions where Christian activities can be difficult, God has graciously opened doors to reach men, conduct training, and establish teams. The ministry’s influence has infiltrated 32 districts in 8 states, reflecting the effectiveness of the M3 method and the commitment of local leaders. The following are the states and districts where MMI has established teams.

  • Tamil Nadu – Chennai, Chengalpattu, Coimbatore, Erode, Kanchipuram, Kanyakumari, Madurai, Salem, Thanjavur, Thiruvallur, Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Vellore, and Villupuram.
  • Telangana – Hyderabad, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, and Mahabubnagar.
  • Andhra Pradesh – Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Prakasam, Markapuram, and Nellore.
  • Kerala – Thiruvananthapuram.
  • Karnataka – Bengaluru Rural, Bengaluru Urban, Mysuru, and Belagavi.
  • Nagaland – Dimapur.
  • Odisha – Bhubaneswar, Koraput, and Nabarangpur.
  • Chhattisgarh – Raipur and Naya Raipur.

This widespread presence demonstrates the ministry’s ability to impact diverse communities across South, East, Central, and Northeast India. As of early August 2026 there have been a total of 523 M3 training sessions held, which has resulted in 2,083 teams reaching just over 22,000 men. On the average teams are comprised of 48% Christian men and 50% Hindu men and 2% Muslem men. MMI has witnessed roughly 3300 men putting their trust in Christ.

Praveen and MMI leadership have prayerfully set a renewed target of reaching an additional 80,000 men by the end of 2028, enabling them to achieve the milestone of reaching 100,000 men. The overall Vision of MMI is to see a million men (in India) come to Christ.
