Daryl Barker

President, Master’s Men East

Originally from Michigan, Daryl now lives in the Charlotte, NC area where he serves as the President of Master’s Men East. Daryl graduated from BIOLA University in Southern California with a Bachelors in Business Marketing and a minor in Biblical studies. After graduation, he worked for Focus on the Family and then for a national financial institution in Southern California.

In 1994, Daryl and his young family moved from Southern California to North Carolina where he began his career in racing as the Business Manager for Dale Earnhardt’s company, DEI. In 2002 Daryl and his father-in-law, Max Helton, founded WorldSpan Ministries which ministered to the racing communities around the world. After the passing of his father-in-law, Daryl joined Master’s Men in 2009 to oversee their ministry to the racing communities of NASCAR and the ARCA Racing Series. Daryl now leads Master’s Men East, a Master’s Men Chapter focused on engaging and discipling men within the unique world of motorsports through chaplaincy at the racetrack and weekly team meetings in the shops. MME also seeks to challenge Christian businessmen through the Eastern U.S. to be bold in their walk with Christ as they lead at home, in the workplace and in their communities.
