Johnny Farr serves as the Executive Director of Discipleship Multiplication, where he is passionate about equipping men to become disciple-makers who influence their families, churches, workplaces, and communities for Christ.

For more than two decades, Johnny has invested his life in developing leaders and helping people take practical steps toward spiritual maturity. He has served in pastoral leadership, family ministry, and discipleship roles, spending over 20 years equipping the next generation, strengthening marriages and families, and training men to faithfully follow Jesus.

Johnny is the founder of Accountable Men, a disciple-making movement that challenges men to move beyond simply attending Bible studies and instead embrace Jesus’ call to make disciples who make disciples. His passion is helping ordinary men discover that they don’t have to be Bible scholars, pastors, or “have it all together” to lead spiritually. They simply need a willing heart and a commitment to obedience.

He is also the author of Dad, You Got This… Even If, a practical guide that equips fathers to confidently become the spiritual leaders God designed them to be.

Johnny believes the Great Commission wasn’t given to the professionals—it was given to every follower of Jesus. His life’s work is helping ordinary men live with extraordinary obedience.

Johnny and his wife, Alisha, have been married since 2008 and live in Aledo, Texas, with their two daughters, Ellie and Emory. Whether he’s speaking, coaching leaders, writing, or sitting across the table from a man over coffee, Johnny’s mission remains the same: to equip, encourage, empower, and expect believers to become faithful disciple-makers who leave a legacy that outlives them.
